At 2:52 minutes this camera angle shows the audience that is a crane shot it shows how of a high angle the shot is and the director chose this high angle camera to indicate to scare the audience. 

At 0:17 this camera angle shot shows the director jumps from a shot of a newspaper alerting  locals a wanted man himself. They do this in order to show the intimidate danger that the people on the train are in the growing in the awareness they have the criminal in their midst.
